It is important to renew prior to your expiration date to avoid service interruption, permanent loss of data, and reconnection fees It is important to renew your web hosting prior to the expiration date to prevent your web host account from being cancelled by the Web host providers. When an account is cancelled Client loses all access to the server and the account is removed from the network, and all files, Web pages, and email are deleted permanently from the Web host providers servers. Furthermore, if a hosting contract is cancelled, client will be required to pay a reconnection fee of $49.00 in addition to any past due amount to reinstate the account. We assume no liability for your web site pages once your hosting account is cancelled for more than 30-days, and all backup copies of the clients Web site pages will be deleted permanently from our hard drives. |
