For clients who anticipate some minor periodic updates to their “website content”. A pre-paid html maintenance contract covers you for the selected amount of time for minor changes to your website, and by purchasing a pre-paid plan your edits are not subject to our two hour minimum. For major changes to your site please contact your designer.

How do I request website changes?
• Email your designer your new content and/or a brief description of the desired changes.• Your designer will respond with a request for additional information or an email estimate.
• Agree on desired changes.
• Your designer will email an electronic invoice requesting payment.
• Pay the invoice online, that's it.
• Your designer will then make the requested changes and send an email notification when your updates are complete.
• Updates can take up to 7 days to complete.
• Payment is required in advance of services.
• Projects are queued at the time of payment and are processed in the order they are received.

Social Media Maintenance Plan
Available in one hour increments for Google+, Facebook, and Twitter. Each hour typically equates to about 18-20 posts and subscriber maintenance. Most clients require between 1 and 3 hours per month.
Consultation time
Charges incur from connection to closing of conversation and billed in half hour increments with a one hour minimum per consultation.

We submit your website and company information to online directory sites like YellowPages.com, Yahoo Local, Yellow Book, and Yelp.
