Help and
Techincal Support
How do I send text, photos, and other files?
You can send
your unformatted text pasted right into an email.
Photos, PDF's, and PSD's can be sent attached to
an email. If you have large files such as audio
or video files, our servers will kick them back.
Instead, please use an online file storage
service such as Box.net. Learn more about uploading
your files...
Do you
proofread or edit my text copy?
No, we do not.
It is our policy to use your unformatted text
exactly as it is supplied to us. Furthermore, we
assume no liability for typographical mistakes or
other errors contained within your original text.
Corrections will be billed at our hourly rate.
Speak with your designer about optional
copywriting services.
What are image
requirements?
The
specification for images on the Web is 100dpi and
no more than 1100 pixels in either direction. If
your images are high resolution (thus large
files) you might want to resize them making them
easier to email. Having said that, the rule to
remember is "bigger is better". If in
doubt, please ask your designer.
